Getting Ready
What do you get when you mix teens, paint, a beautiful day and a picnic?
An amazing, creative day spent painting and beautifying 4x4 plywood boards to bring to Detroit to help board up vacant houses.
Thanks to 2 Thrivent Action Team grants, hospitality from St.Timothy's in Geneseo and a lot of prep work by Tarra Hartmann and her crew , we were able to paint 10 boards and feed 60+ people last Saturday.
